The YWPHI annual meeting is held on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. A potluck brunch precedes the business meeting with election of the YWPHI Board of Directors and approval of minutes from last year's annual meeting. The newly elected YWPHI Board of Directors meets after the business meeting. It takes place next to Betty Clark's home on the south side of Henness Circle.
The Board of Supervisors meets the first four Tuesdays each month in Mariposa. Visit their website for meeting details as well as minutes from previous meetings. Meetings are open to the public.
The MCFSC meets the fourth Thursday of every month at noon, a lunchtime meeting, held in the meeting room of the county library in Mariposa.
