The meeting was held on Sunday, September 4, 2005 in the Clark's yard, following the 2005 YWPHI Annual Meeting. The meeting was called to order by Vice President Helen Yates at 1:20 p.m.

Debby Hagan, Kim O'Neil and Carol Ruiz
Linda Andrews, Treasurer was also present. John Mock, Chair, Fire Safety Committee was absent.
The minutes of the July 17, 2005 YWPHI Board of Directors' meeting were distributed and approved without changes.
Selection of officers and committee members for the 2005-2007 YWPHI Board of Directors resulted in the following assignments:
President – Grace BartelThe address listing for the Board of Directors' members and committee chairs was updated and copies will be sent to everyone listed.
The following dates were selected for future Board meetings:
All meetings will begin at 10 a.m. except the meeting on September 3, 2006. Meetings will be rescheduled if a quorum cannot be attained. If you have an item to be placed on the agenda, please notify the president prior to the meeting. The next meeting on October 15, 2005 will meet at Grace Bartel's home at 10 a.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:20p.m.
